RPGs as a Leadership Practice – Joe Lasley

Enjoy this third (3) of three (3) Lightning Talks from the Spring 2022 Town Hall Meeting in the Transformative Play Initiative Event Series: “RPGs as a Leadership Practice” by Joe Lasley! Lightning talks are meant to spark conversation in our group discussions at Town Hall events, with the goal of inspiring networking and collaborations.

Description:
Leader(ship) development ranges from individual skills, to identity, to processes in groups and systems. The creative practice of engagement in a role-playing game provides opportunities to integrate many kinds of learning and development activities that are experiential and experimental. By intentionally designing and facilitating RPGs for different forms of leadership development, this talk describes how we can have some fun expanding upon how we know, think, feel, do, and evolve as leaders and in leadership processes.
